This mix has been specially selected from a range of our favourite varieties to put together a delightful blend of colours. We've been careful to select a good range of colour and shades for a fantastic display. These varieties are all long lasting, and will flower between late April-May and reach a height of 25-50cm. Their short sturdy stems make them perfect for exposed locations, and they will look great in both the border or in pots for the patio. Choose a sunny location and plant in fertile, well-drained soil for best results. 10/11cm bulbs supplied.

- Pruning Remove faded flowers, leave the stem and foliage until they have turned yellow/brown.
Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn, before any frost. Find an area of soil that is well-drained and moist and plant your bulbs at twice their depth and spaced apart by 10-15cm. Ensure they are properly covered, you should not be able to see them on the surface of the soil. Position in an area that you know receives plenty of sunlight but is also sheltered from harsh winds. Deadhead the flowers once they wilt, encouraging a healthier plant.
