Jostaberry

Try something new in your garden this year and grow your own fruit with this wonderful Jostaberry. It is a cross between a blackcurrant and gooseberry. Each vigorous growing shrub produces dark reddish-black fruit just larger in size than a blackcurrant. Early Jostaberry fruit is not unlike that of a gooseberry and tastes like a sweet blackcurrant when fully ripe in late July. Height 1.8-2m. 9cm pot plants supplied.
