• Planting Make sure the roots are planted in well prepared soil, with enough room to develop.
• Soil Type Moderately fertile, well drained soil and non acid soil.
• Pruning Late Winter/Early Spring.

Young trees must be watered thoroughly and must be pruned regularly. In winter training pruning should be done before four years old, and maintenance training should be done thereafter. Two year old fruit trees grafted onto the most dwarf root stock, Quince C. All the varieties we offer are manageable but need to be kept pruned for the average garden.
