Ensure that the weather is warm enough for Geraniums to grow, planting them outside in mid-spring to ensure cold weather is at bay. Plant indoors 2 to 4 weeks before growing outside, gradually acclimatising them a week before planting them out to get them used to the temperature outside. You can also store them before planting, by popping them in a paper bag or cardboard box somewhere cool and dry.
