Miscanthus sinensis 'Ferner Osten' is a deciduous clump-forming grass that will provide a statuesque plant from spring through to autumn. The top of each stem produces an explosion of colour. The leaves start the season in a deep red, gradually turning pink and then silver as the seasons change. It can grow to roughly 1.5m, making it an ideal statement piece.
