Anethum graveolens, otherwise known as Herb Dill, is a tall annual that produces leaves through spring and summer. Will produce bright yellow flat-topped flowers through summer that will attract pollinators. Sow seeds indoors from March to May or outdoors from May to July.

Sow seeds outdoors from late spring to summer in an area of the garden that gets lots of sun or in a lightly shaded position. Ensure they're sown in well-draining soil. You can also sow these seeds into pots with multi-purpose compost. Scatter seedly thinly onto soil then cover lightly with soil/compost then water gently. Germination will often take 7-14 days, depending on temperature.
