Tulip 'Winter Parrot' is an impressive Parrot Tulip variety that produces stunning flared lemon yellow flowers with green markings on the outer petals.The ruffled feathery flowers create a beautiful display and are ideal for planting in borders or patio pots, making excellent cut flowers for the vase.
