Spinach - Matador

Spinach Matador is an heirloom variety, traced back to the Victorian era. This variety of Spinach provides a generous haul that appears in a deep green shade and a mild, sweet flavour. Stands well without bolting, especially through drier seasons. Sow inside from February to April or outside from March to July.
