Chives Cipollina, also known as Allium schoenoprasum or Herb Chives, is a popular culinary herb that will be a perfect addition to your gardens. Its grassy leaves provide a perfect stem for what will eventually hold a pretty ball-shaped bloom in lavender pink. Can be used in any dish, whether it's a salad, soup, or even a casserole. Sow indoors from March to June or outdoors under cover from May to June for harvesting in summer.
