A modern Tulip variety, Ravana producrs eye-catching golden yellow and fiery red flowers. An early flowering variety, they will create a feature when planted en masse along borders or in patio containers. Height 35-40cm. Top-quality 11cm+ bulbs supplied.

- Planting Plant in prepared soil, with a hole large enough to firmly hold the roots.
- Soil Type Well drained, fertile soil.
- Pruning Remove faded flowers, leave the stem and foliage until they have turned yellow/brown.
Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn, before any frost. Find an area of soil that is well-drained and moist and plant your bulbs at twice their depth and spaced apart by 10-15cm. Ensure they are properly covered, you should not be able to see them on the surface of the soil. Position in an area that you know receives plenty of sunlight but is also sheltered from harsh winds. Deadhead the flowers once they wilt, encouraging a healthier plant.
