Geranium pratense Mrs Kendall Clark

Geranium 'Mrs. Kendall Clark' is a delightful, clump forming perennial, hardy down to some of the most severe temperatures seen in the U.K. This variety is one of the tallest meadow cranesbill available and also one of the most vigorous hardy geraniums, growing quickly to a height of around 90cm and a spread of around 60cm.Its foliage follows the form of most cranesbills - jagged green and lots of it. However, its striking grey-violet flowers, which appear throughout summer, are what sets Mrs. Kendall Clark apart from other varieties. As well as providing long-lasting floral interest, this variety has an RHS Award of Garden Merit and is also on the list of RHS Plants for Pollinators.As with other clump forming herbaceous perennials, we recommend letting hardy geraniums grow for two years before dividing.
