Herb Fennel Florence, also known as Foeniculum Vulgare, is mainly grown for its fleshy white bulb which has a delightful aniseed flavour. Its leaves, however, can also be used as a decorative addition to the garden! The stems produce a sweet fragrance, too. Perfect for use in salads or in any way you would use celery, as it is very similar to them.
