Dahlia Golden Crown is a pretty Cactus Dahlia variety that produces large spiky orange flowers that really bring a sunny feel to any garden border or patio container display. The long lasting, bright flowers stand atop tall sturdy stems, making them perfect as cut flowers for the vase or a gift bouquet. They will grow to a height of up to 100cm. Flowers June to September. Top grade dahlia tubers supplied.

Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
