Broccoli Marathon is a medium-late variety that produces dark blue/green florets. Disease-resistant, perfect for beginner gardeners. Sow successionally for continuous picking.

Sow seeds in a pot or seed tray. Once seedlings have grown some, pinch out the top of the plant to the first set of leaves and transplant into a larger pot for growing. When growing outside, make sure all stones, rocks, and large clumps of dirt have been removed and add fertilizer. These plants are safe to transplant outside when they reach about 5-9cm tall. Grow in rows and ensure the soil stays moist. Cover with a mesh fleece to keep out birds and pests.
