• Planting Plant in well dug prepared soil, and add a little manure or organic matter if possible.
• Soil Type Fertile, well drained soil.
• Pruning Deadhead as necessary to prolong flowering, cut back any dead stems in late autumn.

Divide every two to three years to maintain their vigour.They are suitable for planting in all types of well drained garden soil. They work best once planted in a sunny or lightly shaded location.
