Centaurea Breeders is a hardy perennial that produces large clump forming thistle-like flowers. With many flowers flourishing per stem, they will create an eye-catching display. They are an excellent choice for inviting wildlife such as butterflies and bees into the summer garden. Ideal for borders, patio containers, and rockeries. First grade loose roots supplied.

Water well, especially throughout the summer. Try not to let their soil dry out. Grow in any moderately fertile and well drained soil. Plant with rotted manure in a sunny part of the garden, or in partial shade. To plant loose roots, soak them in a bucket of water for 1-3 hours before planting, then dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the root system. Firm in gently and water well.
