Salpiglossis Sinuata Superbissima Mix provides you with a mixture of blooms that are also known as velvet trumpet flowers. These flowers appear in trumpet shapes, and the mixture provides you with a range of vibrant colours, from reds to yellows and ever purple and silvery blue. They can grow as tall as 60cm, making superb cut flowers, or simply a new addition to the border. Flowers in summer until mid to late autumn!

Start seeds indoors in early to mid spring. Sow each seed on the surace of moist seed compost, covering them in a fine layer of vermiculate. Keep somewhere warm, like in a propagator, with temperatures of 18-25C. Germination can take anywhere between 14-30 days. Transplant seedlings when they're big enough to handle in individual pots and in cooler conditions. You can begin acclimatising them once the danger of frost has passed and plant them in their final positions. May need staking. Deadhead to prolong their flowering.
