Brussels Sprout Brilliant is true to its name. Grows in cylindrical plants that are disease-resistant and highly reliable. Perfect for an early variety that can be grown in the bed or border, or even in a raised bed.

Start indoors for an early crop, preferably as soon as possible (Feb onwards). However, they can be grown directly outside after threat of frost has passed. Keep soil moist during germination, and ensure the soil is also well-drained. Pick from the bottom up when heads mature. Ensure you do not grow these plants in the same areas that other members of the cabbage family were grown the year previous.
