Planting Growing Instructions

Plant Ixia in a well drained garden, in full sun. Do not plant in shady areas as this will cause them to grow too tall and slender. They should be planted 8-10cm deep and the same distance apart.

Cultural Instructions

They should be protected with straw or leaves against frost. They are ideal for pot culture and could be forced gently in a cold greenhouse or cold frame.
