Carriage

A carriage charge of £5.95 is added to all orders values at £200 (excluding VAT) or less. For orders of £200 or over, goods are offered carriage paid. Please note these carriage terms apply per order.

Additions or additional orders cannot be added to qualify for free carriage or any surcharge after the original has been accepted. By placing orders buyers are considered to agree with these terms.

The delivery charge is a charge in relation to the packaging and carriage of goods. VAT is charged on this delivery charge as it is considered a taxable supply/service.

Delivery

We deliver our goods within the U.K only. We regret we do not despatch to the Channel Isles or Southern Ireland due to high transport costs.

We aim to make deliveries within 14-21 days from receipt of the order, with older orders being dealt with first.

All deliveries are made from our dedicated wholesale warehouse in Anwick, near Sleaford, Lincolnshire. We welcome visitors and if you wish, you can collect your order in person. To organise this please contact our Head Office on 0161 848 1124.

Minimum Order Value

We do not stipulate a minimum size order, however we would appreciate our customers keeping within the spirit of wholesale. This online price list reflects larger quantities and bulk handling, so smaller orders are costly to process. For this reason orders under £50 (excluding VAT or carriage) are subject to an additional £4 small order supplement.
